1. Personal protection should be done during the printing process. Wear gloves and finger cots according to production requirements. Keep the room ventilated and avoid the ink directly contact the skin.
2. If the phenomenon of whitening occurs, the electrostatic problem should be considered, and the humidity of the printing room should be properly increased, and the uniformity of the printing speed should be considered.
3. UV ink must be cured with UV light source. At present, there are mercury lamp and LEUV light source on the market. Their effects and performances are different. Please consider comprehensively according to the thickness of the ink on your substrate and the printing speed.
4. There are many kinds of UV inks, such as silk screen printing, offset printing, pad printing, roller coating, etc. The composition and viscosity are different. Be sure to inform the manufacturer of the requirements when choosing.
5. When transporting and storing UV ink, it is necessary to avoid light, keep it away from ultraviolet light sources especially in actual production .
